About me
Hey! My name is Jack, I am from England and I teach English online. I do 1 to 1 classes and have helped over 40 students from around the world. I have a TEFL teaching qualification and over 600 hours of teaching experience.Below you can see the different areas of English that I teach, some reviews from my students and my lesson prices.You can get to know me more by contacting me and scheduling our free trial lesson (no payment required) by filling in the form at the bottom. Business English / work - We can cover and practise different areas of Business English such as Meetings, Presentations, Networking, Job interviews, Marketing, Negotiations, Emails and other workplace situations. We will also consider the professional and formal conduct that is expected in these situations.
General speaking / daily conversations - We can practise general conversations that you may expect to have on different topics and in different areas of your life such as with friends, family, co-workers and your personal interests. This will give you a good foundational knowledge of the language and the practical skills to use your English effectively. This is also good for your pronunciation, confidence, vocabulary, fluency and any common mistakes.
Exam practise / studies - If you are studying for an exam, such as the IELTS or the TOEFL, we can learn and practise the relevant topics that are required to pass. This can include different skills such as speaking / listening / reading / writing.
Grammar - We can go over the different areas of grammar including tenses and verbs, as well as any areas that you may want to improve.
Listening / understanding accents - Sometimes it can be hard to understand people with different accents and from different countries. I can create customised audio clips for us to understand these accents better and correct some common mistakes.
